1. Reports Overview

Upon logging in, navigate to the Reports section in the left-side menu. This section is your hub for managing and analyzing campaign performance reports. It’s available for individual or grouped campaigns.

The Reports dashboard displays an overview of existing reports with key details such as:

  • Report Name: Title given to the report.

  • Status:

    • Scheduled: Set to run in the future.

    • Processing: Data is being calculated.

    • Running: Actively collecting data.

    • Ended: Completed based on the reporting period.

    • Failed: Unsuccessful calculation.

    • Draft: Incomplete or awaiting additional inputs.

  • Reach %: Overall audience reach.

  • Reach in TG %: Percentage of target group reached.

  • On-target %: Percentage of logged impressions within the target group.

  • Target Group: Demographics targeted.

  • Impressions (Imp.): Total ad displays.

  • Country: Campaign location.

  • Creation Details: Information on report creation (by whom and when).

There are two types of reports available: Standard and Custom.

  • Standard Reports:

    • Auto-generated by the system for each campaign upon ingestion (created by Automation)

    • Predefined settings: target group (age 16+, 18+ in the UK), campaign country, start/end dates.

    • Follows the naming convention: [Campaign Name]-Standard Report.

    • Non-editable to ensure initial metric consistency.

  • Custom Reports:

    • Fully user-generated

    • Flexible configurations

    • Editable

In ‘More filters’ in the upper right corner, you can find a filter where you can filter out Standard and Custom reports

2. Creating a New Report

To create a new custom report, click the New button in the upper-right corner. This will display two tabs: Setup and Target Group.


Setup Page:

  • Campaigns: Add the campaigns you want to analyze by clicking the ‘Add campaign’ button. NOTE: You can combine in one report campaigns from different advertisers but they should be from one common country

  • Details: Name your report.

  • Cost Reporting: Toggle on for cost metrics: insert estimated spend and impressions to calculate CPM.

  • Report Period: Set a period of up to 12 weeks.

  • Reach Settings: Define base reach calculations (default: impressions).

After completing the setup, proceed to the Target Group page to set socio-demographic parameters, such as:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Education level

  • Employment status

  • Income level

  • Children in household

  • Household size

An Overview section on the right summarizes your selections. Click Finish to start the report calculation.

3. Report Details Page

Once generated, the Report Details Page provides comprehensive data through:

Key Metrics Overview (Tiles):

  • Reach in TG: Target group reach percentage.

  • On-target %: Percentage of impressions within the target group.

  • Frequency: Average number of times an individual is reached.

  • Impressions: Total ad views.

  • TRPs: Target Rating Points.

NOTE: If the Cost Reporting feature is enabled 4 additional tiles will be shown:

  • Investment: Current estimated spend.

  • Cost per 1,000 Imp. in TG: Average cost per 1,000 target group impressions.

  • Cost per 1,000 Reached in TG: Cost to reach 1,000 individuals in the target group.

  • Cost per TRP: Total cost divided by TRPs.

Charts:

  • Reach in TG + Frequency Buildup: Weekly reach and frequency.

  • TRP Buildup: TRP accumulation over time.

  • Total Reach by Age: Reach distribution by age.

NOTE: If the Cost efficiency metrics are enabled 2 additional charts will be shown:

  • Cost per 1,000 reached in TG trend on a weekly basis

  • Cost per 1,000 impressions in TG trend on a weekly basis

Key Metrics Overview (Table):

  • It represents the same metrics as in the tiles above but with the breakdown by campaigns

On the top of the page you can see the following sections:

  • Reports Info Overview: Includes report ID, reporting period, country, demographics, advertisers, and status.

  • Edit Button: Modify report settings.

  • Export Button: Export options for PDF and PPT.

4. Summary

The Reports section enables users to create, view, and analyze campaign reports effectively. It offers comprehensive dashboards, tools for generating standard and custom reports, and detailed pages with key metrics and visualizations. This provides a robust foundation for making data-driven campaign decisions.
