1. Campaigns Overview

In this guide, we’ll focus on the Campaigns section. The Campaigns section is a detailed view for tracking, sorting, and managing ad campaigns, enabling quick access to performance data and the ability to focus on specific campaigns.
Campaigns themselves represent campaigns (aka orders) ingested from your ad server or DSP, displaying all relevant information received about each campaign:

  • Campaign Name & ID: The name and external ID for each campaign, for quick identification.

  • Advertiser: The name of the brand running the campaign.

  • Start/End Date: When the campaign starts and ends.

  • Last Updated: The most recent date when campaign data was refreshed.

  • Impressions: Total number of ad views.

  • Impression Trend: A chart that shows the impression trend from the start date of a campaign up to the current date (‘today’). This chart is available only for Active campaigns. Clicking this chart will take you to the overlay with detailed info about a campaign such as a more detailed Impression chart, a list of reports that include the campaign, etc.

  • Status:

    • Active: The campaign is currently running.

    • Finished: The campaign has finished.

  • Country: The country where the campaign is running.

  • Reports: Number of available reports for each campaign. Clicking this number will take you to the overlay with detailed info about a campaign such as a list of reports that include the campaign, a more detailed Impression chart, etc.

At the top of the Campaigns section, a search bar allows you to quickly find campaigns by name or ID. Additionally, the page features widgets and filters for streamlined navigation:

  • Widgets: Represent the number of active and finished campaigns, offering a quick overview of campaign statuses. These widgets also work as filters.

  • Filters: Narrow down campaigns by specific criteria, such as:

    • Advertiser: Filter by advertiser name.

    • Country: Filter by campaign country.

    • More filters: Here you can find additional filters such as Start date, End date, and Status.

2. Quick tips for campaign monitoring

  • Check Trends: Use the Impression Trend chart to assess campaign performance in real time.

  • Monitor Updates: Stay informed of the last time your campaign was updated by checking the Last Updated field.

  • Use Filters: Apply filters to refine the campaign list, enabling faster navigation and focused analysis.

3. Summary

The All Campaigns and Active Campaigns sections make it easy to track both ongoing and finished campaigns. The available data, like impressions, trends, status, and others empowers you to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
